1. Who we are
"Auramika", "we", "us" refers to the operator of the Auramika brand, website (auramika.in), and mobile applications listed on Apple App Store and Google Play. Auramika is a curated marketplace for BIS-hallmarked Indian fine jewellery sourced from independent atelier partners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the service, you confirm this.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Only one account per individual; we may suspend duplicate or suspicious accounts.
- Notify us immediately at care@auramika.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Pricing, gold rate, and orders
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and update with the live 22k gold reference rate. The price at order confirmation is the binding price.
- All listings carry the BIS 6-digit hallmark and karat purity disclosure required by the BIS Hallmarking Regulations, 2018.
- Order acceptance is at our discretion. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch with full refund if pricing, stock, or KYC verification fails.
- For high-value orders we may require KYC (PAN) under PMLA Rules.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by RBI-licensed gateways (Razorpay, HDFC). EMI, UPI, cards, and net banking are supported subject to issuer approval. We do not store full card data on our servers.
6. Shipping & delivery
See our Shipping Policy. All shipments are insured and require photo-ID verification on delivery for orders above ₹50,000.
7. Returns & refunds
See our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Bespoke and engraved pieces are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
8. Bespoke & custom orders
Custom briefs submitted via the Bespoke flow create a non-cancellable order once the design is approved and an advance is paid. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary by 7–14 days for handcrafted work.
9. Intellectual property
The Auramika name, Aura Mirror, AR try-on, page layouts, photographs, copy, and brand marks are owned by Auramika or its licensors. You may not scrape, mirror, or use any part of the site for AI training or commercial reuse without written consent.
10. User-generated content
Reviews, photos, or briefs you submit grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and adapt that content for marketing the service. You confirm the content is yours and does not infringe any third party right.
11. Prohibited use
- No reverse engineering, scraping, automated access, or framing.
- No use of the platform for money laundering, tax evasion, or any unlawful purpose.
- No infringement of third party rights or hate / harassment content.
12. Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work with master jewellers and certified labs, slight craft variations are inherent to handmade jewellery and are not defects.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the platform. You may close your account anytime via Delete my account.
15. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra. Any consumer complaint may also be filed under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, on the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000).
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Material updates are notified by email or in-app banner.
