1. Where we ship
We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes within India. International shipping is offered for select markets (UAE, Singapore, US, UK) on request — write to care@auramika.in.
2. Charges
- Standard insured shipping is free for all orders within India.
- Express dispatch (24-hour cut-off) is ₹500 for orders below ₹50,000.
- International shipping cost is calculated at checkout and includes GST refund handling and customs documentation.
3. Timelines
- In-stock pieces — dispatch within 48 hours; delivery in 3–5 business days metro, 5–7 days non-metro.
- Made-to-order — 12–18 working days for crafting + delivery.
- Bespoke — quoted with the design brief, typically 4–8 weeks.
4. Insurance
All shipments are 100% insured against loss, theft, and damage in transit. Coverage is from our vault to your hands at the verified delivery address.
5. Delivery verification
- The recipient must present a government photo-ID matching the order name on delivery.
- OTP sent to your registered mobile is required to release the parcel.
- Open the parcel only after the courier records an unboxing video. If the tamper seal is broken, refuse delivery.
6. Tracking
Track your order from My Orders or via the link in the dispatch email and SMS.
7. Failed or refused deliveries
If three delivery attempts fail or you refuse the parcel, it returns to our vault and a refund is initiated as per the Refund Policy.
8. Address changes
You can change the address before dispatch from My Orders. Once dispatched, address changes are not possible due to insurance constraints.
