Returns & Exchange

If a piece does not feel right, you have seven days from delivery to return or exchange it. Here is exactly how it works.

3. How to start a return

  1. Open the order in My Orders and tap "Return / Exchange" within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Choose a reason and upload photos of the unworn piece and the BIS tag.
  3. We schedule an insured reverse pickup at no cost.
  4. Once received, our quality team inspects the piece (1–3 business days).

4. Quality inspection

Approved returns trigger a refund per our Refund Policy. If the piece shows wear or tampering, we will share photos and return it to you at our cost.

5. Exchange

You can exchange for any in-stock piece of equal or higher value. Difference is paid through the same payment method. Gold-rate movement is settled at the rate on the day the exchange is booked.

6. Lifetime workmanship guarantee

Auramika pieces are covered for life against manufacturing defects. Wear-and-tear, accidental damage, and stone loss outside warranty are repaired at cost — get a quote from care@auramika.in.
