1. Order cancellation by you
- Before dispatch — full refund, no questions. Cancel from My Orders or write to care@auramika.in.
- After dispatch but before delivery — you may refuse delivery; once the parcel returns to our vault, refund is initiated minus actual courier insurance cost.
- Bespoke / engraved orders — non-cancellable once the design is approved and advance is paid.
2. Cancellation by Auramika
We may cancel an order if pricing is incorrect due to a system error, KYC verification fails, the item is unexpectedly out of stock, or the address is non-serviceable. In every such case, the full amount is refunded within 7 business days.
3. When you receive a refund
- Approved returns under our Return Policy.
- Verified manufacturing defects — full refund or free replacement at your choice.
- Failed deliveries after 3 attempts.
4. Refund timeline
- UPI / Net Banking — 3 to 5 business days after return is received and inspected.
- Credit / Debit cards — 5 to 7 business days.
- EMI orders — refund flows back to the issuing bank; the EMI is closed by them in 1–2 billing cycles.
- COD (where applicable) — bank transfer to a verified account in 5 business days.
5. Gold-rate movement
Refunds are issued at the price you paid, not at the current gold rate. We do not pass on gains or losses from rate movement during the return window.
6. Disputes
If you do not receive an approved refund within the timelines above, please contact care@auramika.in. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000) or the consumer commission with jurisdiction over your address.
