Refund & Cancellation

Auramika trades in BIS-hallmarked precious metal. Our refund policy is written in plain language so you know exactly when money comes back to you and how long it takes.

We may cancel an order if pricing is incorrect due to a system error, KYC verification fails, the item is unexpectedly out of stock, or the address is non-serviceable. In every such case, the full amount is refunded within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued at the price you paid, not at the current gold rate. We do not pass on gains or losses from rate movement during the return window.

If you do not receive an approved refund within the timelines above, please contact care@auramika.in. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000) or the consumer commission with jurisdiction over your address.
